There are limited amount of bookings within the follow times:

How do I book a treatment?

We only take bookings online through our website, all you need to do is click here, choose the treatment you would like and follow the steps.

Bookings must be booked with a minimum of 12 hours notice.

Pick the treatment, length and date/time you would like and pay a 15% deposit online.

If you cancel within 24hours or do not show up to your treatment, you will lose your deposit.

There will a short form for you to fill out some of your details.

We have limited availability within our opening times.

We advise you to book in advance to ensure the security of the times that you wish to have.

What are the treatment requirements?

Before you attend your treatment you will have a consultation form to fill out, you can find this on your members page here.

You will be sent a reminder email 24 hours prior to your treatment.

Your consultation form must be filled out before your treatment can take place.

This must be filled out with every visit.

For your treatment you are required to undress down to the lower part of your underwear.

You must be wearing lower underwear for your treatment to go ahead.

Your modesty will be kept throughout the treatment, only securely uncovering the areas to be massaged as agreed.

There is nothing else that you must bring with you.

All clients must be over the age of 18.

How do I book with a gift card?

For now, to redeem your gift card, contact us on any platform, via email or via the website chat.

Let us know what treatment you would like, for what length, the date and time you would like your treatment,, with your name and email.

What products do you use?

We currently use grapeseed oil for the body and jojoba oil for the face.

Both of these are vegan friendly.

We no longer offer our CBD treatments as our website provider does not yet allow this.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice period if you are to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your treatment, you will lose your deposit

Please allow enough time to ensure a punctual arrival for you appointment, late arrivals risk missing their appointment and could lose their deposit.

What about my health conditions?

We ask that you please advise us on any health conditions, allergies or injuries that you may have. 

This is to ensure to safety of both the client and the massage therapist.

If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please consult your doctor beforehand.

The treatments take place in a private studio on the ground floor

We are unfortunately do not yet have a wheelchair accessible toilet facility. We have big plans for the future!

We do not tolerance any form of discrimination or behaviour that we deem inappropriate. 

Please respect the space, your massage therapist and others using it. 

Any behaviour that could be deemed as inappropriate or disrespectful towards your massage therapist will not be tolerated.

Where can I keep my valuables?

There will be somewhere you can keep your belongings in the treatment room whilst you receive your treatment.

Please only bring what you need.

We don't hold responsibility for your valuables.

You can lock your bike in the ground floor corridor or bring it into the unit.
